Vendor Spotlight – Montage Deer Valley
I’m excited to be here at one of America’s premier ski resorts that’s home to a 35,000 square foot spa sanctuary, inspired dining, and year round activities. We are providing entertainment for a wedding here today at this beautiful hotel. Our vendor spotlight today is Montage Deer Valley.

Mike: Sarah thanks so much for meeting with me today and answering a few questions here.
Sarah: Of course, thank you for coming.
Mike: So one thing that’s interesting is this week marks the ten year anniversary of the Montage being open. And I actually remember when the Montage first opened ten years ago we actually had the opportunity to provide the entertainment for the very first event that happened here. So it’s such a special place for us, we’re always here. What is it about the Montage that attracts such high end clients and such great events?
Sarah: Montage Deer Valley, it’s a luxury resort and we’re here within the mountains, we have the ski in ski out in deer valley, we have all of our outdoor spaces, we have our indoor spaces, everyone can just have a cozy feel as they come here as a family or as a retreat. We have our spa that is 35,000 square feet, it’s the largest spa here in Utah, and it’s alpine inspired. We’re ten minutes from main street, so people can just go down, enjoy the shopping and any of the restaurants, and then we have all the activities from hiking, mountain biking, and fly fishing all within the area here. So it’s really a magical place.
Mike: It is, and it’s just got such a homey feel with all the wood, both the outside and the inside is such a wonderful looking and feeling place. Whether it’s a wedding or corporate client, somebody who is just getting started with the planning of their event, what kinds of recommendations do you have for them?
Sarah: Our event team here, we really specialize in making everything customized and important to them. We know that they’re trusting in us to make sure their events are perfect and we love to build that relationship with all of our clients and all of our brides. We have 25,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, and over 35,000 of outdoor space. We have our grand lawn that has the beautiful down valley view. We have our apres ski terraces that you can see the down valley view of the sunrise, the sunset or escaping within the mountains. And we really like to customize and have our cuisine for what they’re looking for and really truly take care of everyone that comes through the door.
