Tonya Hoopes has an extensive background in the fashion industry and began her career as in intern for Saks Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, NY. After numerous promotions she was credited for managing several departments and brands, including Armani, St. John Knits, Ellen Tracy, Dana Buchman, and seven years with Limited Inc. She then became the CEO of the National Association of Women MBA’s before entering into the world of event planning. Tonya has executed over 500 weddings and 100 corporate events to perfection and is well known for her keen attention to details and exquisitely beautiful events.

Roberta Riley has 25+ years’ experience in management and customer service and is thrilled to have joined to Hoopes Team as Director of Operations. Originally from Canada and a new transplant to Utah, this workaholic is now embracing the new adventure in the events industry and brings with her the expertise of sales, start up business operations, project coordination, and all aspects of business accounting and administration.

Angela Menlove has assisted in the planning and décor of numerous weddings and large-scale corporate events. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Experience Industry Management with an emphasis in Event Planning and Management, she is currently working towards becoming a certified event planner with Hoopes Events. Her bubbly personality and spot on organizational skills make her a couples favorite and a dream to work with.

EVENTS AND BEYOND: While HOOPES EVENTS is well known for their premier event planning, they provide an impressive number of additional event-based services to further accommodate clients. In 2018 Hoopes Travel was created, combining an exclusive group of travel specialists who work closely to coordinate all the details of destination weddings, honeymoons, incentive trips, and corporate excursions. In addition to travel coordination, they established Fleur and Stems in 2015, an imaginative floral décor company that designs uncommonly elegant arrangements for professional environments.
