Jazz for cows is best known for their viral youtube video that has over 12 million views, in which, on a tour of Europe, this dixieland band played for a pasture of bovines.  With a tip of the hat to Louis Armstrong’s Hot Five band, the New Hot Five plays traditional jazz music in an authentic style.
