If you are looking for a swing feel to your event, consider the Utah Swing Orchestra made of the finest jazz musicians around to play the music of Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman and more. The band dresses to the 9s with tuxedos or white summer jackets and incorporates vintage looking band stands. You will feel like you are at a 1930 swingin’ party. Shaun Canon and the Pops Orchestra is fronted by Shaun Canon, who’s voice is reminiscent of Michael Buble and Frank Sinatra. Shaun was on American idol, has been invited to perform at the white house twice and has recorded with the likes of Miley Cyrus, Jason Scheff of Chicago and Lindsey Stirling. If you need a small group to perform classy background music, or if you don’t quite have the budget for the Utah Swing Orchestra, consider the Utah Live Bands Jazz Combos. These groups are full of the top jazz players in town. The Emily Merrell Combo or Zenith are also great options for this. How about a 20s themed Great Gatsby party. You won’t find more authentic music of that era than that from the Roadside Ramblers, a traditional New Orleans dixieland band based right here in Utah! There are plenty of jazz bands in Utah, but we have the most experienced event musicians around.
