MEET THE CREATIVE TEAM: The entire creative team at SILVER SUMMIT EVENTS is comprised of industry professionals who are fully dedicated to making sure your event experience exceeds all expectations. Allow us to introduce you to SILVER SUMMIT owner, Chris Lavoie, along with lead event planner, Rachael Masten, and one of the directors of operations, Rosie Nicastro.
CHRIS LAVOIE / OWNER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR – Originally from upstate New York, Chris boasts over 15 years of experience in the meeting and event industry. He has worked with clients from all around the world producing dream destination weddings, corporate trips and conventions. Chris began his career at Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort, then opened the St. Regis Deer Valley, and finally moved into event production full time in 2010. Chris’s keen eye for creative design and can-do attitude make him the ideal choice to plan your upcoming event.
RACHAEL MASTEN / LEAD EVENT PLANNER – Rachael joins the Silver Summit team following 15 years of experience of events at La Caille, one of Utah’s premier wedding venues. She planned events there that included intimate 10-person celebrations to large corporate events with over 1,000 attendees. She also held the position of Director of Programs for Weddings International Professionals Association where she planned and organized networking and educational events for the local wedding industry. Rachael prides herself on attention to detail and knows the value of forming solid, meaningful relationships with her couples and clients.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS / ROSIE NICASTRO – Originally from Maryland but having lived all over the US, including Kansas, Texas, Washington State, and New York, Rosie has completed degrees from Washington State University and Parsons New School of Design. After moving to Park City, Utah from New York City in 2016, she used her knowledge of hospitality and restaurant management to shift into the event planning world. Since joining Silver Summit Events, her focus has been planning global expansion as well as day-to-day operations.
